Looks like Memphis is paying him $175k a year.

From what I've read David Johnson would be my first choice as one of the replacements.
There's a poster 5Alive who seems pretty connected with the scene in NOLA. Like to get his take on whether or not he thinks David would stay long term.
Would love to see us get Burns from Bama as RB coach and David Johnson as WR coach.
Either way, "connections" in NOLA (and I would extend that to the River Parishes) is a prerequisite. Incredibly fertile recruiting ground.

I've heard it said the replacements are in place except for signing on the dotted line. Have been for some time. This didn't come as a surprise to any of the coaches.
