Should we go after Andre Powell rb/special teams coach at Pitt? He's a good rb coach and won special teams coach of the year last year. That'll kill two birds with one stone and gives us one open spot for a top notch recruiter.

I've heard it said the replacements are in place except for signing on the dotted line. Have been for some time. This didn't come as a surprise to any of the coaches.
