Don't let it get to that. Always ask who IN THE JUDICIARY has ruled this to be unconstitutional. Executive offices, including the AG, do not make this call.

They assert it in network news round table discussions all the time but they never explain it.
Kazir Kahn got famous by asserting it. No one asked him to explain where it's found in the Constitution.
