Most disturbing statue/monument you've seen in person

Inspired by the naked woman on a cock thread, I remembered this from my trip to Greece in college.
This was in memory of a ferry accident off Crete. I found the solitary hand reaching out of the water quite shocking.

Not technically a monument, but the Nanking Mueseum with all the damn pictures and descriptions was pretty horrifying.
