You can file these suits against any developer. Why do they settle? Because they have to settle or risk losing in front of a jury of people too stupid to get out of jury duty.

He called all Mexicans rapists and murderers
He said a Mexican judge can't do his job due to his race
He continually bashes inner cities and civil rights leaders
He has been sued for housing discrimination
He admitted to committing sexual assault
He is close friends to David Duke and refused to disavow support by the kkk
It's obvious he believes in using the power of the police state to beat up/intimidate minorities who disagree with him or to break up peaceful protesters like the ones in Ferguson.
