This is the headline on their website right now:
Quite a departure from 8 years of protecting Obama no matter the issue.

Quite a departure from 8 years of protecting Obama no matter the issue.
quote:
Days before his inauguration, President-elect Donald J. Trump is engaged in a high-profile feud with some of the country’s most prominent African-American leaders, setting off anger in a constituency already wary of him after a contentious presidential campaign.
Mr. Trump’s criticism of Representative John Lewis of Georgia, a widely admired leader of the civil rights movement, has prompted a number of Democratic lawmakers to say they will not attend his inauguration on Friday.
Blacks around the country have reacted to Mr. Trump’s remarks with fury, and the subject has dominated social media and discussions among black activists. Mr. Trump said on Saturday on Twitter that Mr. Lewis, who asserted last week that Mr. Trump was not a “legitimate president,” should focus on his district and “the burning and crime infested inner-cities.”

NY Times is fake news.
Few "blacks" even know who John Lewis is.

Didn't Lewis attack him first?
Why do unsubstantiated lib attacks get a pass?

I usually type in Donald Trump on Google every day to get the latest news on the transition, and the first headlines that pop up are articles from NYT and WaPo that are negative towards Trump and have absurd headlines to match.
I don't think I've seen a remotely positive or truly objective one since the election.

Yes, he started all of this with his egregious "illegitimate president" comments.
But no, we can't call out and criticize those remarks because he is a civil rights hero.
I applaud and respect Lewis's contributions to the Civil Rights Movement, but those contributions do not make him immune to criticism regarding an unrelated topic in the year 2017.

The Iran nuclear deal. If a Trump administration paid hundreds of millions of dollars, perhaps illegally, as part of a blackmail scheme that flat-out is not going to work ... and never was intended to (not long-term, at least, just long enough for Hussein to get out of office)... they'd rip his arse apart.

Forget the money, then. It was a highly-flawed deal that was breathlessly and vehemently reported by the mainstream media as the best deal ever. Such is life with an affirmative action president.

In case you haven't noticed, that's what every media outlet has been doing for the past 18 months.

Weird, from that list it almost seems like they have reasoned debate and fair coverage...

hahahahahahahahaha
good thing they are only preaching to the choir, huh?
Here's a fantasy scenario:
"You know I voted for Trump, but after I read this in the NYT now I am having second thoughts."
hahahahahahahahahahaha How likely is that
