Has this been discussed? Would have to be a record, no?

Locks:
1) Fournette
2) Adams
3) White
4) Beckwith
5) Pocic
6) Godchaux
7) Dural
8) Neal
9) Riley
10) Dupre (If he declares)

Likely:
11) Bower

Potentially:
12) Boutte
13) Rickey Jefferson
14) Dwayne Thomas

Not sure how the scouts feel about the last three, but we have seen guys that are not their caliber drafted before.

What do you all think? See it as realistic?

Would be awesome, but also just another reminder of how much talent got wasted by Les.

NFL exec's will assign him a huge question mark due to his history. Dark clouds seem to follow him for some reason.

That would be incredible to have 14 drafted though. NFLU

OSU had 14 in the 2004 draft, but 14 is the record so if LSU can squeeze out a 15th they got it

If some team feels DeSean Smith or Colin Jeter were underutilized given their abilities, I could potentially see a team taking a late round flyer on one of them. Especially Smith.

Lewis Neal is not a lock to be drafted. Bower is not likely, either. I think Dwayne Thomas is more likely to be drafted than Bower and maybe Neal as well.

That being said, I agree with the overarching point- We will be very well represented in May.

11 of these guys will get drafted

I think LF, Jamal, Tre, Beckwith, Pocic, Godchaux, Dural, Riley, Chi, Boutte, and Jefferson will go for sure

Neal is up in the air but I'd say no, Bower and DT on the outside looking in

I see Boutte and Thomas drafted before Dural or Neal. Supposedly Boutte was the one of the highest rated lineman on our team according to PFF. Thomas really came on strong late in the year and could get drafted fairly high ala Ron Brooks with a good week at Senior Bowl and a good combine. Nobody denies Boutte's strength and size, would be a good late round guard flyer.

He brought that talent though. If he didn't, I suppose the records over the years would look much worse.

And looking at Bama, Saban wasted all that talent this season.

I hope Lewis Neal is drafted. He's an underrated player I feel. I don't think he's natural in the 3-4 but he was still a solid DE this year.

Beckwith should still get drafted, his stock took a hit with the injury though.
Dural could be free agent, he had a very disappointing sr year
Neal might go late but he was inconsistent, not much production
Riley played himself into the draft and Deion Jones only helped Riley in eyes of scouts
Bower is interesting - if he does well in workouts that could be the surprise pick in draft

I was thinking this at first, but it's not really an accurate comparison. Ron Brooks was a much better athlete and had the misfortune of playing behind a couple of Thorpe award winners and the Honey Badger. He shined in the Auburn game when Mathieu and Simon were suspended.

Thomas is more of a utility guy in the secondary that doesn't really do anything exceptional but is reliable in the Nickle spot. He's looked more like a liability in single coverage on the outside, but really had a strong finish to the year. His lack of measurables will do him no favors at the combine.

As a fan I always overestimate this. I'm going to say 7.

Ridiculous amount of talent to not have at least been in the running for the playoffs

Dwayne Thomas is a playmaker that will excel at the next level.

Guys like Neal and Dural are far from locks. Just wait and see. I say 9 guys get drafted.
