Regardless of Trumps intentions, the optics of this are bad and that is 100% on Trump and his poor judgement.

when you can manufacture the optics, sure
there are tons of opportunities to do similar things to DEM leaders that almost never get promoted
i bet $10 that Trump didn't even know this guy was disabled. it was a name on a piece of paper to him
