I like the thin blue disposable ones. Comes in a pack of 4 or so and each lasts about a week before starting to fall apart.

I feel like the washable cloth ones hold more bacteria and they're harder to rinse. I don't feel like switching cloths every day.

ETA this ^^ is for dish rags. OP should clarify that he is looking for dish towels (for drying).

I use these on glassware and some dishes and the water is instantly gone. Pretty good. Pretty pretty...pretty good.
