There are definitely nice deer around....problem is pressure and the brown its down attitude most of our and surrounding lease members have.

Thought I hit snooze at 430, hunting partner says I hit the Titos too hard last night. Just got set up, 3 down. 39 and wind has laid down from yesterday.

I have and ice chest full of meat needing to go to the processor and activity has been super slow on our place in W.Feliciana. Decided to skip it and maybe try an evening hunt

We found a few birds stacked up in a new area we've been eying. Had to walk a bunch of miles on Saturday to find them though. Crazy part is, I haven't heard a single shot in the last two weeks.
