If CLM is such a great coach, why hasn't anyone hired him yet?

Why the hell are you concerned about Les?

Les has to actively seek employment to receive his buyout. I bet his agent is floating this and Les is tspanking the interviews. 10 million is a good retirement check.

He's just entering job contacts for his unemployment benefits.

Les was an above average HC, on balance, who caught lightning in a bottle, twice...one propelled his career the other, not so much.

If Ed Orgeron is such a great head coach why did nobody hire him after Ole Miss or USC interim job?

First of all , he is in his sixties and was just released for not producing enough wins and not living up to his promise to change his offensive approach.

I think CLM stock dropped with the improved play of LSU after he was gone this year. Once he left, LSU who had struggled on offense under him, set offensive records in most of the remaining games this year.

It caused many to revaluate him as a HC. Add to that his age and I think he has lost the appeal he once had.

Because shitty coaches win national and conference championships and over 100 games in 11 years?
