O is being negatively recruited against for obvious reasons. His winning % alone is enough to scare kids to Bama. I do hope that once the staff is fully in place things will get better. We will see.

Seems like we backed off of him.

I don't know if that's the right call, but no visits, didn't try to get him on campus, nothing. Doesn't really add up.

Kids get processed at bama. That's the Saban way. At least Les made a commitment to the kids, get your degree or off to the NFL.

We processed PLENTY of kids out of the program.

Coach O can't even keep Louisiana D linemen. Recruiting is his only positive as a HC.

Lets be real about this. It is now pointless recruiting anybody who Bama has offered.

LSU has become the Chevy LS and Bama is the Denali! You want to get the best recruits, you have to compete for national championships on a yearly basis. Losing 3 and 4 games a year places you at the bottom of the totem pole. LSU is one of the most talent rich football states there is, but these kids see championships and that is where they want to play. If you thought LSU would land some of the top recruits, you better stop making decisions with your heart.

Fact of the matter is we shouldn't be losing all of these Louisiana players

Let's see...

Bama (one of the greatest historical football programs) is about to win its 4th national title in the last 7 years and is currently on a 6-game win streak against LSU. We should definitely be losing all of these top LA players to Bama. The fact that we are managing to keep quite a few is what is impressive. Bottom line is that we must win on the field soon or this will get worse.

Let's face it, Alabama gets who they want and everyone else is choosing from a list of players Bama doesn't have room for. Who was the last recruit that Alabama made a priority that chose to go elsewhere?

Hell we have in state players LSU desperately need choosing to go fill out the bottom of Bama's depth chart.

The "reason" is bs. Even if our staff was intact he would have another built in reason for choosing Bama. He was never coming to LSU. Name the last high-profile recruit that LSU landed when it came down to Bama/LSU.

Lawrence had his options of where he wanted to go.. They need kids like this involved in the recruiting process.

"Running through deep" is a great expression of what this program is doing currently.

Great description Moses

This is the problem...Moses doesn't expect to be hated here yet the jabs will come until we beat that arse.

And

We need our boys to be just as vocal & literally bash Bama as much as possible. Let's get dirty & take it personally that Louisiana kids are wanting to bring LSU down.

It's that serious if you're an LSU Football supporter.
