but yes or no, do higher end neighborhoods tend to be littered with homes with rusty boats in the driveway?

Not really. It's a pretty big thing for me. I would definitely pay more to be in an equal house in a neighborhood where people don't park thein toys in the front of their house. There's a direct relation to the amount of campers and boats in people's driveways and the price to live in that area.
