The Tigers have won six consecutive games over the Aggies, including the last five as SEC West division foes. A&M has desperately tried making LSU its new rival centered around Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend, but a true rivalry typically involves both sides occasionally winning.

Ouch.

The fact that 2 of those wins came over a Manziel led Aggie team leaves them no excuses, and makes it that much more sweet.

So by that rationale, LSU and bama isn't a rivalry

My elation is offset by the Bama losses. So instead of being a 10 in happiness, it's in the middle around a 5.

I didn't know this was the last thanksgiving game with A&M. Thank God, I want to be there when O's last game at LSU is 8 in a row

This all started with that Cotton Bowl stomping after the 2010 season. Our dominance over them is astounding. We're the only team to dominate Johnny football as well.

And aggs love to ride the Alabama train instead of hating them like the rest of the SEC. It's strange really.

They always seem to have a better overall W-L record, but lose to us. LOL

True. But, LSU puts up a fight. In the last 5 regular season meetings we lost in OT, on a last minute screen play, by 10 in the 4th Qtr. A&M doesn't even show up. We own them. Bama actually has to play us hard to win. There is a difference.
