If Aranda leaves do the Done Dealers claim that he sucks and we're better off without him?

Over/under 6 threads started by Done Dealers saying we can do better than Aranda at DC?
I'll take the over at 9

There are a lot of idiots on the site but I'd venture 100% of them would agree that Aranda is more or less irreplaceable at this point

Contracts take time, relax. Revisions will be asked for, clarifications, intent, typical agent/lawyer back and forth. Plus, Aranda is on the road; it will get signed.

Um, yes, it is. Lawyers are not what is holding things up. This has been pointed out on this board on numerous occasions.

It will be made official at the next board meeting when they approve the contract and new salary.

How did O's contract get announced if the board hasn't met?

Nothing official was announced. Just speculated terms.

I like your bet. Of course when Aranda is here next year, same over/under on the "Alleva finally didn't screw this one up" or "it doesn't matter bc Aranda could leave next year". I'll take over at 25.

After all it's the Rant.

Nah. I'm pretty sure I do. As I pointed out in the other thread, I'm laughing at those who think contracts are entered into until after the BOS meets.

That's just an official ratification. Board resolutions are sometimes adopted months after an action has been taken.

I think there are some that occasionally post here that have more knowledge with how LSU operates than we do...question is who are they? Does highroller have inside info?
