Hiring majority Caucasian employees with seemingly high IQs and admirable work ethic?
Go across the street to any other FF place and it looks like a mix between turf warfare and the Social Security Office line.

I know two HS kids that work there. One black , one Honduran. Both are like cookie-cutter clean cut articulate headed-to-college High GPA kids. Chick Fil A takes hiring seriously. White, black or whatever. Big ups to them.

Prolly because any attempt to boycott Chick Fil A because of raycissm or any other butthurt-ism inevitably backfire and drive up sales.

The one I go to across the street from me in downtown Bham has a good mix of staff. And all are stellar.

Absolutely, it's the same way here. It's truly nice to go in and interact with these kids who obviously have good work ethic, intelligence, and politeness.

My son works at Chik Fil A (he's 15) . He rocks his version of the frat boy haircut (a little over the ears with the bangs in the eyes). His boss told him last week to get a haircut before his next shift.
Meanwhile, I stopped in for a quick qpounder at McDonalds and the guy in the drive through window had green hair in some kind of bun, a nose ring and gauges in both ears. His name tag said that he is "Guam".

They are extremely selective about who they let franchise one. It doesn't matter if you have all the money in the world to open one, they only allow the best of the best. This attitude trickles down to the lowest employee. I was just there today, it amazes me how quick and efficient they are. Every one I see is packed 24/7.

The 2 I go to (college and Millerville) has a very diverse staff.

I prefer Popeyes but the service is so terrible, I haven't been to Popeyes in probably over 2 years whereas I can't count the number of times i've gone to Chick Fil A bc it's such a pleasant experience.
