He inherited a program that was in a worse state than Orgeron's Ole Miss team and made them a consistent bowl team. He also laid the foundation for them to have a decade of continued success. The coaches immediately preceding and following Orgeron had success. He went 10-25.

You mean a coordinator stint and turning around a program that had three straight losing seasons prior to him being named head coach?
O's credentials are not even comparable.
