It's not the perfect situation but people fail to see why he would want to come here. He is trying to rebuild his reputation. He would likely want to prove he can be a good coach without Saban micromanaging him. If he leaves Alabama and does well here too then it'll go a long way toward showing he has grown as a coach and could help him get another shot at a head coaching gig. I think he comes.

FWIW, I've heard that there might be some bad blood between Kiffin and Orgeron from their USC days. What I've heard is that Kiffin thinks that Orgeron was instrumental in his firing because Orgeron knew that he would get an opportunity as the interim there.
