Is it because devs have a preference or is it because some architectures don't play well with other?

He has a problem with admitting when he is wrong about something.

No no no that is not what you said

not sure why you said it ran bad on both

You tried to claim it ran fine for Nvidia and bad for AMD and AMD only, when I provided MULTIPLE links stating otherwise you chose to ignore that because it didn't fit your anti-AMD agenda here.

Again, this is a problem you yourself created in the very first reply.

And now you simply can't admit you were wrong. For some reason you think it running okay on your rig =/= ran fine for everyone else. I guess you are the gaming God and only you matter huh? Sheesh.

I'm making the switch to Nvidia. I've had mid level AMD cards forever. Time to see if the grass is greener.

Though I expect my gaming issues were related to outdated cards rather than brand. (All I want is to do is play Dishonored 2!)

I made the switch a couple of years ago. My experience didn't change.

I just think devs spend the most time optimizing the most common hardware configurations hence why I feel like more often then not, you're better off with an Nvidia Card and Core i5/i7 processor combo.

Some developers partner with the graphics card makers like Dragon Age and AMD. Dragon Age II ran like horse shite on my old Nvidia 580 but like a dream on my AMD 5870.
