Everyone can forget about Herman. He's not coming here. Hopefully Alleva makes the best decision for LSU and that is hiring Larry Fedora.

Meh, I'll believe Texas' ego-boosting bullshite when I see it. They can suck they're own junk in a corner all they want, but I won't believe it's Herman's dream job until a contract agreement has been officially announced.

Remember they pulled this same kind of stuff with Saban. I'm not saying Herman does or doesn't have interest but I can say with confidence that article is bullshite.

This sounds almost the same as us last year with Jimbo. The media basically were already interviewing Jimbo's replacement and were waiting for him to arrive in BR. I'm not buying it.

He can coach there for for 15 years and then retire to a castle.

Texas right now is the 4th best team in their own state. Nobody is winning right away there.

Texas couldn't get who they wanted when they took Strong. That's because everyone knows that program has some major problems. If Herman goes there hewill be available again in 4 years.
