According to Tsunami Warning Center, between 350pm CST and 520pm CST, so probably already is in some places.

Sad for the people there but.... When is this thing gonna hit?

The one in 2011 had pretty much done all of its damage within 2 hours of the quake.

I'm hoping it's not 7+, still..a 6.9 is basically a 7. Hoping no nuclear bullshite is thrown into the ocean again. I mean..

Actually...

A 7 is 1.3X bigger, and 1.4X stronger than a 6.9. Severity increases exponentially.

They have those Kobe beef cows over there. Very snooty. They think their manure doesn't stink.

lol I've never been in one or lived in an active area, so I've never really learned Jack shite on the earthquake subject.

It's crazy how much of a difference a 0.1 can make. Throw me in a hurricane or tornado and I'm good to go. The SO wants me to spend some time with her family where she was born in Kodiak, Alaska. I know that's a somewhat active place.

Like he said, these are things that can be seen and that water flowing out would have to come back in I would think....

They said a 90cm eave has been observed (at sea) and the tide is rising, just now..
