Yeah I guess I assumed the port entrance is off screen to the right. In any case hte water changed direction quickly and is now moving right to left.

Not like it was. It looks like there's current both ways now, but at first it was like a river flowing out.

Edit. Never mind. It's doing it like it was to start with.

133 foot tsunami
"The largest tsunami recorded to date was the Lituya Bay megatsunami, which occurred on July 9, 1958, when a landslide caused more than 1 trillion cubic feet of rock and ice to fall into the narrow Alaskan inlet of Lituya Bay. The resulting tsunami was measured at 1,720 feet, 470 feet higher than the roof of the Empire State Building."

I'm not sure because I don't know Japanese but I am assume the 20 KM at the top of the screen means the Tsunami is 20 KM away from land?

Don't know, but apparently it's tripled in size from 30cm to 90cm out at sea.

That's the size of the wave out at sea if I understood CNN correctly. It's apparently gotten 3x bigger.

Which 90cm doesn't sound that big so I don't know?
