Who do you think Coach O would bring in?

If you listen to the 104.5 Morning show, they'll tell you Kiffin is a guarantee to come here

And if you were listening to Hanny and Ott, Hanny said he thinks Sark would be a candidate.

Kiffin is not taking a lateral move. Crazy that y'all think he would. His next job will be as a HC.

Listening to Hanagrif they seem to think Sarkisian

How about candidates for D.C. Job when Aranda leaves within a year? End up with O and no Aranda? That's scary.

I don't have any names right now, but I don't want someone that's going to try to go all spread. We should still be a power run team first, BUT we have to get someone who can develop quarterbacks to complement said running game.

shite, if they have one, now would be a perfect time for chicken to fire up the coaching changes board...

IMHO it's Sterling Gilbert. Did a great job in Texas and he'll be looking for work.

If Oregeron wants the HC job, he would have to know it is contingent on a homerun OC hire. If he doesn't have a OC ready to name by early December, and Oregeron ends up getting the job after the regular season then you know that several candidates said no and LSU settled for Oregeron

Oregeron was asked earlier in the year when he took over what kind of offensive system was his preference and he said "Pro Style" like what they ran at USC

I agree

If we keep Orgeron, then it's Ensminger or Craig. Nobody on any hot-lists would come here under O.
This isn't a personal attack on Orgeron, it's an attack on the administration and program. If you're going to nuke Miles in mid-season "just because", you have no long-term vision or plan in place when you do it, and you just decide to keep the interim guy around because he did what Miles would have done, then the program is in huge disarray. Nobody will want to get caught up in that.
Certainly not Kiffin, if anything he would stay at Bama, wait for LSU to go up in flames, and then consider the HC job once Alleva gets canned.

No way we get Kiffin. IF he decided to leave Bama it would be for a HC gig. Which would put Sark falling right into his spot at Bama.

I like this - I'd have to go back and watch some videos to remember exactly what that looks like.
I just don't want to eliminate the fullback altogether either.

I'm on board with this.
