RCP has added the election margin up if anyone wants to see the differences. The Rust Belt going to Trump is just mind boggling since republicans haven't won Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan since 1988.

Why is everyone giving them credit? They were way off. They were a general election poll and they were WAY off.

Hillary won the popular vote. In terms of national polls, it was way off.

Yeah they are off by 3.3 at the current moment and that will likely grow a bit with the outstanding votes in California.

Not really. If you've ever spent any time there it's very blue collar. Generations there have been decimated by job losses due to trade deals. They voted for their economic future.

As someone they interviewed at an exit poll yesterday said "when you've lost your job 3 times due to production moving overseas and your health insurance premiums are more than your mortgage note, it's a problem."
