it seems crazy that 8 years ago, the Big 12 had a real argument for being the best conference in all of football. the south division ended up with 4 teams ranked in the top 16 at the end of the year and you had big time, classic football games in prime time week in and out. hell, perfect example is that years Tech-Texas game.

now, the conference is looking like they will miss out on the playoffs for the 2nd time, three of the four teams that left in 2010 and 2011 are currently ranked, and the conference is routinely relegated to morning games on FS1.

is there anyway the conference survives once the GOR is up and return to what it was in the late 2000s?

WCA, you know, it is somewhat creepy this obsession you have with Texas and the Big XII. You act like the jilted girlfriend when anyone mentions them.

My teasing of a certain school in a city that starts with H is somewhat fun but I do not constantly post about their every move or mistake. I also recognize the Ponies are not a power broker, but I love to make them sound like one.

i mean its legit crazy how far the big 12 has fallen from where it was. it went from being one of the top conferences in all of college sports to being about to fall apart in less than a decade

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the year a two-loss team gets in.

Bama has a lot of football to play and a man can dream

Washington (I really like this team) has the apple cup and pac12 title game

Clemson will likely win out

Tosu and Michigan winner is a lock but I doubt that either of those teams really want to play wisconsin again.

I think we are about to see a lot of November chaos. Baylor could still sneak in

Crazy, no it was economics. The SEC ACC etc would do it too if the dollars dictated it.

Va Tech could throw this entire thing into chaotic overdrive with a win over Clemson in the ACCCG, and they're good enough to do it.

the year before in 2007 you had a 2 vs 3 game in the last week of the november with mizzou and kansas, 2010 was a solid year. i mean it really was sitting on top

Michigan-grad buddy just confirmed this last night. He wants no piece of UW in the B1G championship game.

We are going to finish 8-4 or 9-3 at best. We were only #8 in the country because of our schedule. We don't have the depth to compete in the Big 12 this season.

I agree but I just think a lot of crazy shite is about to happen.

We do this every year at the end of October and at the beginning of December we have a completely different picture. This year especially is one or two timely losses by undefeateds from being a shite show

Say tOSU beats UM and then turns around drops the big 12 title and Washington losses the apple cup.

ITs funny bc texas got what they wanted, a tv channel and all the competition left, they thought it would be cakewalk after cakewalk every year and now they can't even field a mediocre team even in this trainwreck of a conference. The horns and their fans thought they'd be doing what bama has done the last few years and instead they did the complete opposite, those smug fricks deserve it all. The longhorn network is a disaster.

Aggies can't just be happy to be jizzing in a nicer jar. They need to know that others have broken jars in order to enjoy it.
