I travel exclusively for work. It most certainly can be done. Not that I do it all the time. I stay in Hampton Inns ND they usually have a grill. I'll grill 2 bags of chicken breast at the beginning of the week and a bunch of veggies. The breakfast in the lobby always has fruit, nuts, yogurt and oatmeal.

The biggest thing that will draw me to eat Shitty food is getting bored and wanting to get out of the room.

But, it most certainly can be done.

Solid idea on the grill. Do most hotels have grills?
