I've felt for a little while that it would be best if he did leave. It would be a risk if you hire someone who doesn't recruit well.

So if lsu gets him, who would you eye to take his spot? Hard to replace Jimbo's recruiting ability with all the competition in Florida. Kelly definitely lacks in that department.

nah we should totally give the job to a guy that lasted 3 seasons at ole miss and won 3 conference games, because he learned his lesson.

what a coach has done recently is more important than what he did 10 years ago at a lower tier school. In his two attempts at upper tier schools he's done quite well. Just as long as he keeps his current staff together, especially the OC, this Ensminger coach has done pretty good.
