Lsusportsman is an idiot

Last time I checked the Cubs had the best ERA in baseball this season including the best home record.

Nevermind I found a bigger idiot. Considering they haven't watched a single MLB game this season, you're talking out of your arse now.

Lol what the frick. This is the most Cubs mindset ever. What is the point of even being a fan if you're happy not being a champion?

If any of you are actual fans at all, because it certainly doesn't seem that way since you're fine losing, take it from me and watching the Rangers lose back to back World Series, it fricking blows. There is no consolation. I would have rather not made the playoffs than lost twice in the World Series.

Im worried, because I know what we are capable of... Going ice cold

shite, how many runners did the cubs leave on base last night? Bases loaded, no outs in the 7th and couldn't put the fricking ball in play to push across one

Your shite is getting old... we get it, you don't like the cubs. If any admins on here had balls, they would cut you off for your continuous trolling.

Win or lose, I won't lose an ounce of sleep. Sorry to disappoint.

Still not worried even after last night. Cubs have had the best pitching in baseball all season and are more than capable of winning a 1-0 ballgame. I like their chances tonight and think Arrieta will have a very strong outing

Well I'll still be disappointed, but I won't be melting. The team is built to contend for years.

Game 2 is pretty close to a must win imo.

Cleveland loses Game 1 or goes into Wrigley 1-1 or 2-0, they may not come back to Cleveland for Game 6

I'm sure it's just early in the morning and I am misreading this, but are you saying that if the Tribe go 2-0 to start then they won't go back to Cleveland for game 6?

I think he's saying Cubs lead 2-0...but I could be wrong.

Or maybe he's saying that game 6 will not be played if Cleveland sweeps the series 4-0.

And yet none of the matters. Cleveland has had MUCH better pitching in the playoffs, and last night proves I'm absolutely right.

My Indians' fandom has me feeling negative going into every game, but the Cubs have to feel like they have the edge in gm2. Tribe's main weakness offensively this year is the ability to hit premium velocity, which Arrieta will be able to deliver.

Bauer's mental upsets have been hashed and re-hashed here, so there's no need to get into it. It will be nice to see Naquin and Coco back in the lineup tonight, however, and hopefully the weather helps to neutralize any pitching advantages the Cubs have tonight.

the Cubs starting pitcher lineup is solid. its the coaching that screws it up

these front office jerkoffs cant manage a little leage team

Wait what? This is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Anywhere. Congrats. Quite the achievement.

I'm not even mad. I don't know if anyone could have hit Kluber last night. I mean the Cubs got a few good whacks, but he wasn't going to let anyone score on him.

The Cubs did do a good job of making Miller pitch, though. Good AB's, just couldn't score.

Hopefully we go to Wrigley 1-1.

That's a pretty sensible reaction. Kluber won't have three knockout starts like that against this lineup. For the Tribe to win the series, they have to win one of the next two games. Until that happens, I'll remain a skeptic.
