Jimbo would be a huge mistake. He is more similar to miles than most people think. He has a system and he has not evolved it. He doesn't really change with the times. I'm skeptical he would win big here.

The way he has talked about the RPO makes me really nervous. He came across as a guy who would much rather take his ball and go home than ever adapt his system to a changing landscape.
