It's nothing like a fried turkey. It's almost on par with a good rotisserie. Probably like it a bit better than oven turkeys.

How did you cook it? Did you inject it? Rub down with peanut oil? Just trying to get an idea of what to do. I'm totally flying blind this weekend.
