Hoke should show why you don't jump the gun on these guys. [/quote]

We wont know if this guy is Urban Meyer or June Jones But neither should have been hired by a P5 school after their first successful gig.

My gosh, you are talking in circles. Nick Saban and Urban Meyer both coached in the Mac. They both went on to other schools before a power 5 Job. Guess who did this also? Brady Hoke.YOUR GUY/EXAMPLE Brady Hoke did not go to Michigan from Ball State. He went from San Diego State. He turned TWO programs around. San diego state had a 2-10 record before he got there 9-4 when he left.

So, the point is. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY GET ANOTHER JOB. If PJ Fleck goes to Houston and has success, does not make him the Next Meyer or Hoke. He either has the skills to be a great head coach today or he doesn't. I do not believe Utah made Meyer a better coach than he was at bowling green. Just like I don't believe san diego made hoke a better coach.

It just doesn't make sense to dismiss a coach who has built a program from nothing and is winning. If you don't interview him and look at him as potential party to lead your program, you are a fool. He potentially could be the next Hoke, however, he could be the next Meyer or Saban. To say you did look at the next meyer or saban just shows how big a fool you would be.

You're missing my point. I'm saying wait and see on Fleck.

I don't think the second job makes them a better coach. But I would rather just wait and see if he is a great coach or a great MAC coach.
