This is a solid staff of coaches. Hernandez has done a phenomenal job in the minors with the young arms.

The answer should be nothing. Snit was the only option. Everyone loves him. And Larry Wayne Jones Jr would have been a smoke screen to get butts in the seats. I am going next year to support Snit and the club. Larry Wayne Jones Jr will be at Spring training then head to Texas like he does every year and like we need him to do. Stay involved but let the FO run things.

Pretty sure he sold his ranch there and moved back permanatly. I do know he has a place up in Blue Ridge now.

Maybe I just wasn't paying attention but I don't ever remember his name being brought up in any capacity for this job

Snitker is also on a one year deal. If things don't go well next year we can turn around and start a search again. Snitker gets his chance next year to prove if he deserves the job. This was a great move by the front office.

Fighting town is a good time. So is the Brewery but they need more TVs.
Cucina Rustica is pretty darn good considering its in Blue Ridge.

Almost seems like Washington may have been brought in as a contingency plan.
