They could have tasked a pair of officers for a single plant. Seems a little expensive and overkill for helicopters, national guard and multiple vehicles to take down that 81 year old woman

It is for medical purposes. It's also not a criminal offense to be in possession in Mass.
Plus, do you really think a helicopter, countless police officers, and most likely a SWAT raid on an 81 year old grandmother for a single pot plant is the best use of taxpayer resources?
