They have LSU as the #2 team in the SEC in their week 6 power rankings.

*I posted this on SECr, figured people here would be interested*

2. LSU

Last week: 9

Skinny: The Tigers aren’t even one of the six teams are in the Top 25, but they showed Saturday night exactly what they can be with just a little bit of offensive imagination. That’s the type of performance I envisioned when I picked them in July to win the West. And Saturday’s 600-yard day was without Leonard Fournette.

I mean, it was a good performance, but it was Missouri.

I don't think it's about who they played, but how they played.

You idiots. No one is comparing them to bama. They are simply saying that with the coaching change that LSU may actually utilize its offensive talent, and that talent is some of the best in the league and nation. That, combined with a damn good defense makes LSU a very dangerous team.

Missouri is not significantly worse than Auburn or Mississippi St.....and we barely beat one and lost to the other under Miles....

Hell we beat Missouri by more than we beat Jacksonville fricking St.

First positive press of any kind LSU has received in a month and people are upset about it

One thing people don't seem to realize, but we had like six drives over 70 yards, that is offensive consistence, that's what's impressive. It wasn't a lot of big plays, I don't care if your playing the sister of the poor, that's hard to do. 42 minutes of time of possession and I believe Missouri only had 1 turnover.

That's pure domination!! Time will tell if it continues, but unbelievable start.

The fact that we rolled up 635 yards of offense against an SEC opponent that recently been to the sec championship without Fournette or a competent deep ball (outside of Chark miracle) is pretty damn astounding.

All of that is almost exclusively on runs and mid range passes. 9
