Next they'll be monitoring your health data (heart rate, mobility, calories burned, etc) and adjusting your premiums accordingly.
I got a notice in the mail this week from State Farm saying that they'd offer a discount if you download an app that monitors your driving habits.

That's not how health insurance works. The premiums might go up, or down, depending on the health of the population as a whole, but your premiums are not individually calculated.
On the flip side, they could give incentives to people who have poor health to try to get them healthy. This saves the insurer money.
