How important is it to close on time? If not, just go with the lowest rate. Someone like Amerisave, hard to beat those rates.
However, rarely is the cheapest the best. If not closing on time will cost you, then you may too keep that in mind as well.

For conventional that's 1/8-1/4 high, for jumbo/super jumbo that's about right.

PenFed will have the lowest rate. Their closing costs are relatively high, so it depends on your situation.
