This might come off the wrong way, but if someone eats so much that he can't even stand up on his own, there shouldn't be a team of people carrying his fat arse to the hospital. Dug his own grave.

I think it came across exactly as it should. Maybe I'm an arsehole, but I can't find any sympathy for these types of people or the people who supply them with so much food.

I always wonder about who keeps feeding these people. They clearly can't get the food on their own.
