Any regrets about your choice of phone?

Any 5x users wish they would've went with the 6p? Any 6p users who wish they went with the 5x?
I will be grabbing one of these phones in about a month. Ive read about both extensively, and
still having a hard time deciding between them.

Any input from anyone with experience with either phone would be appreciated.

I moved from a 6 to 6P. Not any complaints. Coming from the 6, I looked hard at the Moto, but for the price, the 6P does it for me.

I have zero regret about my 5x. However, i have no experience with a 6p so what do i really know?

Just saying the 5x has been the best phone i've ever owned, easily.

I have a 6P and my wife has a 5X, so I'm familiar with both. I like the 6P a lot better than the 5X. I prefer the OLED screen and the premium feel of the all-metal build.

That being said, the 5X is still a fantastic phone and a great pure Android experience. I don't really think you'd go wrong with either option.

main reason would be cost. the 5x will probably be half the price of a pixel phone.

Are Motorola's good? I'm looking at unlocked phones on Swappa.

Hell, even the 6P may even get down to half the price

Edit: as a current 6P owner, I would highly recommend it over the 5x

6P is great. My only complaint is the battery life. We need new battery technology in the worst way. I truly believe it will be the next industrial revolution type era when it happens.

What are you getting for screen on time?

I use the crap out of my phone and usually get 4+ hours (I keep brightness lower, fwiw)

I keep brightness just under half way most of the day (work a lot in the sunlight) and I always have wifi, Bluetooth, and location services on. I'm usually around 25-30% when I get home from work around 5. I use it pretty extensively throughout the day, though

Edit: my biggest problem with the phone is the screen in sunlight. It's very hard to see sometimes even with full brightness

Ya the sunlight thing is my biggest complaint too.

I do think that the battery life could be better, but this is def the best I've had to date
