Few stations in Atlanta only had 87 available this weekend. Prices were also at $2.64, I paid under $2.00 last week.

Peej is correct. There is NOT a fuel shortage caused by the leak.
What IS causing fuel to run out is the mass panic caused by the media over the last 72 hours. The gas stations actually are thankful for this. They may "run out" for a few hours... But there is NO fuel shortage due to the leak.

I don't know if this is related to that g as pipeline rupture, but this evening about 6:30, the Exxon at W. Esplanade and Causeway in Metairie was out of 87 gas.
