Can't pick a number one, but top 10 I've definitely seen front to back 50+ times. It's Alot easier to watch comedy over and over.
Fargo
Dumb and Dumber
Mission Impossible
Toy Story
Spinal Tap
Blazing Saddles
Jurassic Park
Bad Santa
Princess Bride
Puff Puff Pass
Anchorman
Tommy Boy
Monty Python/ Holy Grail
Death to Smoochy
Saving Silverman
Hook
Top Gun
Empire Strikes Back
Batman: Under the Red Hood
Not Another Teen Movie
I spent a lot of time in college and the couple years after in front of a computer screen with the TV on.
Of all those, I've probably watched Empire, Hook, and Top Gun the most. Sue me.

I have no idea...
But based on probabilities and math...I'd surmise that as a kid - is where I'd find the most watched winner.
As a kid, that's what you did. You didn't have a job, you ran around, played sports and watched movies.
I'd surmise that...
From ages 4-8 is 4 solid years of Poppins....on a continuous rotation in the TV room on those old VHS tapes...I remember it getting so worn out it had tracking issues...so that probably was the champ.

Back to the Future
The Two Towers
Shawshank Redemption
The Goonies
All get played on cable constantly and I watch every time they're on. I've gotten a bit tired of Shawshank and Goonies the last few years though. I can remember about 10 years ago I'd watch at least one of the LOTR movies every weekend and it was usually Two Towers.

The odd one that might win is Michael Clayton. It's a file I take on the road and racks up travel numbers.
Got every line, even Arthur's rants.
Michael Clayton is really rewatchable. So is Syriana.

Probably Goonies by pure count.
But Top Gun, The Thing and Star Wars are in play.
