You're acting like that team didn't go undefeated into the championship game. And even Mett wasn't going to beat that bama defense in nola.
You're forgetting that I'm all for Les being gone. But if saying that Etling was put in at the right time is me being a Les defender, then we're done. Getting nowhere.
Okay...there's a ton more to discuss with what you just wrote, but I have to go now. I'll try to log on later to pick up our friendly debate.

Um, so did Rusillo wind up actually talking about this?

I do wonder how much of this was propaganda, though. There were also reports (e.g., passing academy) about his issues. Issues that should have been troubling for a QB in his Junior year.
True. He did well in the '15 spring game. I just think in front of your own teammates, playing your own teammates, you're a lot more comfortable. I don't doubt he can make the throws in practice. When the pressure is on and you have to make snap decisions against a defense you haven't faced, he's struggling. I think everyone was hopeful that in year 3 he'd get control of that and not airmail every pass, but it's like the problem with Tebow's throwing motion. He can work on his mechanics all day long, but get into a game situation, and he reverts to the same old.
Was really pulling for him but it's not going to happen.

This. Most of us ate up what Les and Cam were saying about him and ignored what virtually every person outside of the program was saying.
That's on us for being delusional homers.

Again, take his production prior to the bama injury, plus his bowl game production, how well he had apparently be doing in practice, and the fact that this is year 3 for him in the "system", and you start the transfer?
I'm thinking the "how well he's doing in practice" is pure propaganda.

Wow, I thought you were trolling. Mett was less efficient in 2012 than Jefferson and Lee were in 2011, yet he should've started over them in his first year here. Makes sense.

When can we expect the official announcement from LSU that Brandon's Twitter account was hacked? Enabling can be addicting as well.

but I was one of those pushing for an open QB competition in the spring
as much as we hate it, this works. Saban has done it I believe each year since MCcarron left and has had great production from his QBs. The man is only loyal to winning.

There's plenty to pin on Miles, but GTFO with this babying of Brandon Harris and excusing away all of his actions. Dude deserved to get pulled. Quit pouting and get back to work. He's ounding reallll entitled right now
IF this tweet is true, this says it all. in the world of competition, entitlement doesn't hack it. the kid needs to grow up. I think (again, if his attitude is as portrayed) most of the players on the team will see it for what it is; it's not a popularity contest. I would think the guys that want to win are all behind a change; the team sure looked like it Saturday.

agreed. It'd be hard to convince me that he isn't sailing stop routes in practice too.

The team looked to be behind Etling Saturday. I don't think we'll have a problem with that.

deleted because I got some verification

Dupre is Harris' roommate, correct? Him staying late to work on his timing with Etling speaks volumes.

True, but did you watch the video? Dupre could have been tired after the practice but looked a tad mopey

has the tweet from Tolliver been posted and verified by any chance? If so, it's pretty telling.
It was apparently some radio host from Dallas. Not Toliver the corner back.

I'm beginning to think this is just his demeanor. He never looks like he's going 100% to me.
To be clear this is not meant to bash him, some players just have a way of making things look effortless.

The fans and their misguided support for Les played a huge part in what happened last November. Without their loyalty to Les over the LSU Football program, we could be sitting pretty here with Jimbo at 2-0 and in the top 3-4 in the country.
this is twisted as hell. support for Miles, at the time, was not "misguided" just because YOU say it was. and the part about blaming these fans for not getting Jimbo is a bold faced lie.
you are making things up;anyone with any sense should reject your twisting facts just because you hate the coach. hell, the majority was fine with him getting the axe last year no matter what YOU say. and it would have happened if JIMBOS AGENT DIDN'T QUEER THE DEAL by asking for Saban like money at the last minute. all of this F King shite was a subterfuge to save face (as lame as it was).
you are not only a lier, you are a jerk. saying anyone that doesn't agree with you should leave the state. it would make the world a better place if you would never procreate.
