Is there any way Alvin dark and sharlo and that whole area improve or is it just downhill continuously

with all the new housing options going up around ben hur/burbank i say no... unless some investors with a massive wallet and even bigger balls goes in and buys out virtually everything and turns it into another student housing complex similar to the cottages. I doubt anyone will do that with housing projecs on Alvin Dark that run behind that gas station on brightside though.

There isn't anything to update if the police aren't actually looking for anyone. Several people have likely had the shite kicked out of them in Tigerland since the start of this thread.

BR needs to start over with its PD. It's pathetic.

I heard yesterday that two guys and their girlfriends were robbed at gun point in the U-View apartments parking lot over the weekend. That whole area is getting kind of dangerous, but you wouldn't think that would happen at U-View. It's gated, there are security cameras and sometimes guards are posted up.
