I'm living up in in MS and I don't know how bad the flood damage was in every neighborhood, so bear with my questions. Is River Road completely torn up? That's the way we normally leave the Hayfield Lots. The cops weren't letting any traffic head that way. I didn't know if this was part of their "brilliant contra flow" plan or if River Road was messed up. What's the better way to head East to Hammond?

The intersection where River Road turns into South Blvd is all torn up with Construction. That and the closures around the River Center due to the remaining flood refugees make that area of Downtown almost impassable.

Makes for a great commute home during workdays!
