What would have to happen for you to change your mind about wanting to fire him?

Nothing...... The same he has done the last couple years here! Nothing!

Resign.
I love the dude. But, it's done. Time to move on

for the people on this board, probably nothing.
This team could go 11-1, win the SEC, go to the playoff, and win the Natty and people would still call for his head.
at this point, I think some (if not most fans) are ready to see Miles gone....I myself am not one of them. One game is too early to tell. If we look as bad against Miss.State as we did against Wisky, then serious consideration needs to be taken into account.

He's not going to do anything to change anyone's mind so it's pointless to think about. The guy is a stubborn buffoon and he's proved it way too many times to be argued. He refuses to change and that deserves removal from his position as Head coach. If he would have changed the offense he would have won almost everyone back but he didn't. Everyone knew after the first series that it was the same old shite.

Not arrogantly spend the offseason in 2016 planning the exact same offense after saying the engine is damn strong, and not trotting out that same putrid, one-dimensional, predictable O in the first game of 2016. Basically not saying Frick You to LSU nation.
Too late. So,
Resign.

I love Les as a HC. Recruits families love him too. Fantastic guy.
He'd have to fire Cameron, hire a good OC and stay the F out of the offense for good to get back in my good graces. But apparently that will never happen.
Let the OC OC, let Aranda DC, you stand on the sideline and clap Les.
