I heard Walk Ons reopened. Is anything else open? Gonna be going through that area in an hour and wanted to know what they had if anything right now. Need to get the kids out of the car for a while.

Have y'all seen the original plan/blueprint for juban crossing when it was first unveiled? Not sure what happened, but it deviated immensely. Notwithstanding, the Great Recession, what else went wrong for this development?

Wetlands permitting shite if I recall correctly. We're lucky the developer stuck with it and built anything at all.

It's the same thing that happened to pinnacle in Covington, at least their wasn't a bunch of half finished buildings left to fall apart for years at Juban.

I passed there recently and Movie Tavern still had 100's of ruined Theater Chairs outside.

The ultimate joke of a shopping "town center" is in Spanish Fort at the wonderful colossal failure known as Spanish Fort Town Center with its insane 10.95 cent sales tax and how incredible empty it is still after all these years!
