It seems as defense minded Nick Saban is always ahead of the game on the offensive side of the ball as well. By hiring Steve Sarkisian to work as an Offense Consultant to break tendencies & provide additional input he has the potential to improve the Alabama offense even more. Steve will also be available & ready to take over when Lane Kiffin moves over to a head coaching job somewhere else.
Should the higher ups F King Alexender/Joe Alleva take a leadership roll in improving the state of LSU Football by mandating a change in Offensive Leadership.

No I'm ready to move on. A consultant wouldn't do anything significant anyway

Stop throwing away money. Miles will not listen to any consultant, assistant coach, etc. he is stubborn and that won't change. The only way things change is to remove Miles.

No, they will have the following advice and a $50,000 fee to uncover it: Fire Les Miles

Pay someone else to give advice to someone who doesn't want to hear it? NO.

Look it doesn't matter. Les will not and is not listening to anyone. He's a fricking retard. This guy could make Tom Brady look fricked up. He's too dumb to take advice for some reason and now paired with university leadership, it's the perfect storm for long term mediocrity.

I'd give Briles a call. He's a POS but hell if I was Les i'd do anything at this point.

We needed that years ago or just have a head coach that didn't have his head up his own arse.

The fact you are asking that question when LSU has the highest paid coaching staff in the country speaks volumes. Think about that for a moment.

Alabama has a higher paid staff than LSU and are more successful but still made a hire today. The point is how are we going to improve this year by doing the same thing.

We could hire 50 of the best offensive minds in the world and it would make no difference as long as Les is the HC.
