Taiwan doesn't have nukes, this is a missile that's "nuclear" in the sense that it is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead but there wasn't one on it (because again, Taiwan doesn't have nukes)

I found it a little bit suspicious that some on the ship were "wounded". If it had been a nuke hitting a boat, I think they would have been "melted".
