They couldn't even beat Tennessee. I doubt they would have beat the rest of the conference.

They would have beaten Vandy, South Carolina and Kentucky. Maybe Auburn

They lost to UT and UT couldn't beat 10 SEC teams.

I mean they seem to be a pretty good team, but no one knows yet.

People are going crazy about the game last night, but Tenn didn't give up a point in the 2nd half or OT. Their D got it together. My concern would be their hesitance to challenge DBs downfield. They did it once and got a TD with it, then they went vanilla again.

Everyone says not to react too severely to 1-2 games, everyone does it when there are only 5 games to talk about

They're ranked ahead of A&M, State, USCjr, Vandy, Mizzou and Kentucky.

Nope. They couldn't even beat Tennessee and their eyebrowless wonder who can only throw 5 yards.

They swarmed to the ball better on defense than every team we played last year bar Bama.

Agree. They were unlucky to catch Tennessee on the night where UT played way over their heads. The win was flukey, certainly, but sometimes flukes happen with evenly matched teams, and sometimes the better team doesn't win. Tough loss for Appy. I hope losing to UT doesn't dishearten them and ruin their season.

No they wouldn't have. THeir offense was one-dimensional, and their 2nd touchdown was a bit fluky. Most SEC teams would have shut them out, or held them under 10 points.
