The entire concept is built around giving minorities an added advantage. And it's promoted at the federal level across the board. Women benefit, black people benefit, the list goes on. It is the very antithesis of oppression.

How can I be racist with out any power to oppress or directly impact someones quality of life due to any prejudice beliefs? Most people confuse racism with bigotry or prejudice.

Do people realize that by complaining and getting super pissed about all of this, you are giving them exactly what they want. They wanted to spark conversations, in hope that those convos could maybe spark change... If you really want to get back at Kaep, then the key is to ignore and move on.
