IArk recruiting isn't exactly subpar, just below the top of the league, which is where they finish in the standings. More to it than recruiting rankings anyway.

PSU QB McSorely is one of the slowest guys on the field and they're running the option read with him when they have one of the best RB's in the nation. Idiotic.
